This course focuses on lean principles thatare fundamental to removing waste and inefficiencies within an organisation. This course explores the building blocks of lean thinking to provide an understanding of how waste can be measured and identified. Practical tools for the treatment and removal of waste are explored to provide participants with the skills to increase organisational effectiveness (eg. 5S, error proofing, value stream mapping, takt time, etc).
